Earned Wage Access

Waiting for payday can be difficult, especially if an unexpected expense arises before your salary arrives. Some employers answer this problem by offering "earned wage access," which allows employees to draw money from their paycheck before payday. The amount you receive early is deducted from your upcoming paycheck or sent to us (depending on your onboarded profile).

WHAT IS EARNED WAGE ACCESS (EWA)

EWA is a tool that gives staff the flexibility to access their earned pay anyday they need, rather than having to wait for payday. New technology enables this relatively simply, without impacting the employer’s payroll process or cashflow.
